Everything you need to know about using the system

Contact Support

Need help with the Secure Forensic Document Intake system? We’re here to assist.

When contacting support, please include:

  • Your law firm name
  • Your email address (the one you use to sign in, if it is different from the email you are contacting us with)
  • Matter reference (if your question relates to a specific matter)
  • Detailed description of the issue or question
  • Screenshots (if applicable - for technical issues) - helps us understand the problem faster
  • Browser and operating system (for technical issues)

Common support requests

Account access issues

Problem: Cannot sign in or not receiving magic link emails

Include:

  • Your email address
  • Your law firm name
  • Any error messages

Tip: Emails can take up to 30 minuets to arrive. You should also check your spam folder.

Important Note: Only law firms that have been approved and granted access can use the system. If you have not been granted access, please request access.

Technical problems

Problem: Upload failures, page errors, or system not working

Include:

  • Browser name and version (e.g., Chrome 120)
  • Operating system (Windows, Mac, etc.)
  • Screenshot of error message
  • Steps to reproduce the issue

Feature requests or feedback

We welcome suggestions for improving the system.

Include:

  • Description of desired feature
  • How it would help your workflow
  • Any examples from other systems

Business Hours

Mindstate Psychology operates during standard West Australian business hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (AWST)
  • Weekends/Public Holidays: Closed

Support requests received outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Before contacting support

Please check:

  1. Help Centre articles - Your question may already be answered
  2. FAQ page - Common questions and solutions
  3. Browser console - For technical issues, check for error messages (F12 in most browsers)

System status

If you’re experiencing technical issues, it may be a system-wide problem. Check:

  • Our status page for system wide status updates
  • Your email for system notifications

We’ll notify users of planned maintenance or known issues.
