What happens during upload:

- Your browser uploads directly to our encrypted document storage
- Upload confirmation is sent to our system
- Document metadata is recorded in the database
After uploading
Viewing uploaded documents
After upload, you’ll see:
- Filename
- File size

Uploading more documents
You can continue uploading documents as long as the matter is in draft status. There’s no limit to the number of files.
Removing documents
Currently, documents can be removed after they are uploaded. If you uploaded a file by mistake, please delete the file before the matter is submitted.
Once a matter is submitted (and locked in the system) you cannot remove the documents. If you submit a matter with documents that should not be seen by the psychologist, please let us know as soon as possible.
