Welcome to the Mindstate Psychology Forensic Document Intake system. This system provides a secure way for law firms to transfer forensic and legal documents to Mindstate Psychology practitioners.

What is this system?

This system allows law firms to securely upload documents for psychological assessments and legal reports. It acts as a secure document transfer broker that:

• Temporarily receives forensic/legal documents
• Enforces access controls and auditability
• Transfers custody to practitioners
• Automatically deletes documents after delivery

Important: This is not a document management system. Documents are held temporarily and automatically deleted 30 days after first download.

How it works

1. Sign in with your email address (no password required - we’ll send you a magic link)
2. Create a matter for your case or engagement
3. Upload documents directly to secure cloud storage
4. Submit the matter to Mindstate Psychology when all documents are uploaded
5. Practitioner downloads your documents as a single ZIP file
6. Automatic deletion occurs 30 days after first download

Who can use this system?

This system is available to approved law firms only. Your firm must have been granted to access to use this service. If you have not been granted access, please request access.
